Solid Ground Homes will set you up a free Buildertrend account from the first day you meet with our team.

The benefits of using Buildertrend for your new home or project:

  • Live schedule – Real time schedule of all activities.
  • Daily logs – Your project manager will post important daily logs.
  • Progress photos – Each week your project manager will post progress photos that show you precisely what is taking place.
  • Online payments – If applicable, online payments are available to easily understand where you stand on your project.
  • Live accounting – The total contract amount is continuously updated so you will know your total cost.
  • Closing & Completion Date – You will understand with certainty your closing date or completion date well in advance to ensure you have time to plan your next steps.
  • Warranty – Your Buildertrend account will stay available to you for up to 10 years after your closing date.  You will have the ability to submit any warranty claims electronically through Buildertrend.
